Financial Controller – 3 Remote Days

Alevo Talents is recruiting a Financial Controller for a Quebec manufacturer that is part of an international group.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quebec entity’s monthly close.
• Review balance-sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Apply revenue-recognition policies for equipment and modernization projects.
• Track work in progress, deferred revenue and contractual milestones.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with project managers and prepare revenue forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls and support internal/external audits.
• Improve finance processes.

• University education in accounting; CPA is a strong asset.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Manufacturing and project-accounting experience.
• English proficiency and strong Excel skills.

• Based in Lévis.
• Flexible hybrid schedule with 3 remote days per week.
