Role description
Alevo Talents is recruiting an Accounts Payable Technician for an established company.
Responsibilities
- Process, verify, code and enter invoices.
- Validate supporting documentation.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payments according to procedures and deadlines.
- Maintain supplier records and support period-end accounting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and improve administrative/accounting processes.
Qualifications
- College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Analytical, adaptable, autonomous and solution-oriented.
