Accounting Technician – Billing and Accounts Receivable

Alevo Talents is recruiting an Accounting Technician focused on billing, accounts receivable and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle and issue invoices.
• Follow up on payments and overdue balances.
• Process credits and billing adjustments.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Match supplier invoices to receipts, enter purchases and prepare payments.
• Maintain inventory/transaction accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and accounting teams.

• College accounting diploma or relevant experience.
• Billing and accounts-receivable experience.
• Strong Excel and computerized accounting-system skills.
• Excellent detail, organization and customer-service skills.
