Role overview
Permanent bilingual technical-service role supporting customers with product questions, troubleshooting and service coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer technical inquiries in French and English.
- Help diagnose product or service issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
- Document calls, cases and follow-up actions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales and service teams when escalation is required.
- Maintain professional service standards and communicate clearly with customers.

- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Customer-service experience in a technical, product or service environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Comfort learning technical products and explaining solutions in practical terms.
- Organized, accurate and able to manage multiple customer cases.

Compensation
