Regional Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment) – South Central Ontario

Field-based regional sales role responsible for the complete sales cycle for specialized municipal and public-works equipment across a South Central Ontario territory. The manager develops new business and existing municipal/public-sector accounts, recommends equipment solutions, conducts demonstrations and training, manages tenders and cooperative purchasing, collaborates with service/parts/technical teams, forecasts activity and represents the organization at industry events.

Minimum five years of outside sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment, vocational trucks, municipal or industrial equipment. Demonstrated municipal/public-works sales experience, technical aptitude, familiarity with public tenders/cooperative purchasing and CRM pipeline management are sought. Degree/diploma in business or equivalent experience, valid driver’s licence and ability to travel in Canada/US are required; OMVIC eligibility is noted.

Permanent full-time field/remote role covering Northumberland, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Durham, York, Peel and Dufferin. Up to 90% territory travel.
