Director of Business Operations – Construction Sector

Executive leadership role with a growing construction organization, responsible for strategic and operational leadership across corporate services. The position oversees finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, asset management, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, process improvement and organizational growth. The successful leader will partner with executive leadership, improve systems and workflows, support talent and succession planning, and strengthen risk, compliance and technology practices.

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, operations management or a related field, plus 10+ years of progressive multi-function leadership experience. Construction, specialty trade, resource or project-driven industry experience is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen, change leadership, systems improvement and health-and-safety oversight are required. CPA, CPHR, PMP or equivalent is an asset.

Base salary: $165,000–$175,000 depending on experience, plus annual and long-term incentive plans, car package/gas card, extended health benefits, vacation and relocation support. The client is open to relocation to the Kamloops region.
