Customer Service Counter & Claims Coordinator

Match and Fable is recruiting a Customer Service Counter & Claims Coordinator in Mississauga for an international distributor of replacement parts and accessories serving material-handling, industrial and heavy-equipment markets. The role serves customers at the parts counter, processes orders, handles inquiries, service issues, returns and warranty claims, and coordinates with sales, technical, claims and customer-service teams. The coordinator also manages shipments, credits, returns and supporting documentation while maintaining accurate inventory and customer records.

• 2–3 years of customer service, sales support or administrative experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort handling high-volume work, resolving issues and applying company policies.
• Automotive, parts or industrial-distribution experience is an asset.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce is an asset.
• High-school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

Mississauga. Base salary: $60,000–$62,000 CAD. Published bonus potential: $3,000, for on-target earnings of $63,000–$65,000.
