Senior Account Executive

Platinum Recruiting is recruiting a Senior Account Executive in Vernon for an IT-services organization supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and cloud solutions. The role acts as a senior client lead for the Okanagan and Kootenay regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of approximately 30–35 client accounts.
• Create account plans and technology/business roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor and vCIO-style strategic partner.
• Lead client meetings and identify opportunities to improve IT outcomes.
• Support client escalations and coordinate internal operational resources.
• Build long-term relationships and support retention/growth.
• Translate technical services into business value for senior client stakeholders.

• 10+ years of progressive account-management experience, including senior-level responsibility.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of IT-service value.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to develop account strategy and coordinate internal teams.
