Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Cranbrook

Platinum Recruiting is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Cranbrook for a vehicle-rental environment. The role combines counter service, rental administration, payments, vehicle inspections and branch support.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, professional customer service and support sales opportunities.
• Prepare rental agreements, explain charges and process rentals and returns.
• Inspect vehicles and document condition.
• Resolve or escalate customer concerns.
• Process customer payments and manage direct-debit/account activity when required.
• Reconcile cash and transaction records.
• Follow rental, return and distribution procedures.

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Customer-service and/or sales experience.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately with payments and rental documentation.
• Comfort working directly with customers in a busy branch environment.
