Role description

Platinum Recruiting is recruiting an Automotive Sales Consultant in Kelowna. The employer is open to candidates without previous automotive-sales experience and provides product/process training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service throughout the vehicle-purchase process.
  • Learn and communicate vehicle product knowledge and features.
  • Support transactions, paperwork and delivery steps accurately.
  • Maintain awareness of current inventory.
  • Complete required training and follow dealership sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is not required.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and follow a defined sales process.
  • Team orientation and customer-service mindset.
  • Saturday availability.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
