Sales Administrator

Sales-administration and coordination position with a dealership specializing in agricultural and heavy equipment in Mirabel.

The successful candidate manages sales files from contract signing through machine delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and commitments, coordinating financing and documentation, working with sales, workshop, parts and accounting teams, monitoring timelines and machine preparation, and checking financial approvals before delivery.

The role also coordinates customer training, post-delivery follow-up and administration of orders, inventory and manufacturer programs.

Experience in administration, sales coordination or a dealership environment, ideally automotive or agricultural. Strong customer service and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, autonomy, organization, rigor and decision-making skills.

Permanent full-time position in Mirabel. Salary is advertised from $70,000. Schedule is generally Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility.
