Maintenance Supervisor (Evening)

Maintenance-supervision role in a manufacturing environment in Knowlton. The supervisor leads a team of approximately 24 electromechanics and coordinates preventive, corrective and urgent maintenance activities in support of production.

The role includes setting priorities, monitoring performance indicators, assigning work, providing technical support to the team and ensuring health-and-safety requirements are followed. The supervisor works closely with production, engineering and other plant functions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

A college diploma or relevant training in electromechanics, maintenance or a related field is sought. The posting calls for roughly five to seven years of industrial-maintenance experience as well as actual supervisory experience. Familiarity with a CMMS is important. Functional French and English are required for workplace communication.
