Senior Project Manager

Senior construction-project management assignment with an international company.

The successful candidate leads complex construction projects from tender through delivery and is responsible for financial and operational performance. The role oversees site activities, schedules, budgets and resources, coordinates subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, and manages contractual and financial follow-up.

The mandate includes infrastructure and concrete projects, risk and change management, claims, supervision of a small team and close collaboration with clients and business/project leadership.

Approximately ten years of construction-project management experience. Education in civil engineering, construction or project management, or equivalent experience. Strong Québec job-site experience; infrastructure and bridge work is a significant asset. Team and subcontractor management experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluency in French and English.

Full-time day position. Advertised salary is $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience. One remote-work day per week may be available.
