Packaging Supervisor

Packaging-supervision role with an international pharmaceutical company in Laval.

The successful candidate supervises and engages a team of approximately 15 employees, supports day-to-day operations with the team lead, and ensures compliance with good manufacturing practices and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. The role coaches and develops employees, works with other departments, reviews performance indicators and leads continuous-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities also include project planning and follow-up, integration of new equipment and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to improve productivity, quality and production-line performance.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least three years of pharmaceutical-production experience, including one year in supervision. Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations. Leadership, team engagement and conflict-management skills are important. Excellent French is required; English is an asset.

Permanent day position in Laval. Advertised salary is $73,000 to $96,000 per year depending on experience, plus an annual bonus.
