Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting an Account Executive for a fast-growing global SaaS company using AI and automation for service management. The role manages and expands existing SMB accounts, develops account-growth strategies, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presents tailored value propositions, follows Marketing and Customer Success leads, builds an expansion pipeline and uses data-driven discovery to position relevant AI-enabled solutions. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Marketing is central to the role.
Qualifications
3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or B2B software sales experience, ideally technology/IT; full sales-cycle experience with business and technical stakeholders; strong presentations, negotiation and relationship development; self-directed performance orientation. AI/automation sales and ITSM/IT-operations familiarity are assets.
Additional information
Full-time Toronto role supporting expansion within an existing SMB customer base.
