Role description
TorontoJobs.ca Recruitment Division is recruiting a hands-on Controller for a professional-services client during a transition period. The role owns daily cash management, EFT/wire payments, AP/AR and billing oversight, semi-monthly payroll across entities, month-end close, reconciliations, monthly financial statements and variance reporting, forecasting updates, KPI tracking, government filings, bank/covenant reporting and external-audit support. The position is designed for a finance leader who remains close to operational accounting and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on accounting and finance experience; full-cycle accounting and month-end close; payroll, reporting and reconciliations; ability to work independently in a lean, fast-moving team. Staffing/service-industry and NetSuite experience are assets.
