Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Senior Account Executive / Sales Manager for a growing education-technology company serving U.S. K-12 public school districts. The hybrid role is approximately 75% individual contributor and 25% sales-management responsibility. It drives new school-district acquisition, manages medium-complexity sales cycles involving pilots, procurement and multiple stakeholders, builds pipeline and forecasts, coaches teammates and helps improve team sales execution while personally carrying a quota.
Qualifications
7+ years selling into U.S. public K-12 school districts and 7+ years in quota-carrying Account Executive or equivalent roles; demonstrated success selling instructional/classroom technology and exceeding annual quotas around USD 750,000+; strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior sales leadership/coaching and familiarity with ELD/ESOL, curriculum, assessments or district funding are assets.
Additional information
Greater Toronto Area within roughly 100 km of Union Station. Primarily remote (80%+ work from home) with occasional Toronto meetings, conferences and client visits. Marc Belaiche is explicitly the recruiting contact.
