Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator for an industrial gas and welding-supply company in Vaughan. The position serves walk-in and phone customers, coordinates deliveries with dispatch, resolves customer issues, enters and processes orders, performs inside-sales and follow-up calls, supports house accounts, identifies sales opportunities and works closely with sales, drivers, dispatch and warehouse teams. The role requires someone comfortable helping across functions during busy periods.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer-service experience; strong communication, organization, problem solving and computer proficiency; comfort with inside-sales follow-up and a fast-paced team environment. Industrial gas, propane, welding supply, logistics or distribution experience is an asset.
Additional information
Full-time permanent, on-site in Vaughan. Starting compensation CAD 55,000 plus dental and extended-health benefits.
