Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Finance Manager for a North Toronto company in a newly created, high-impact role. The manager leads financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; provides analysis for market expansion and product launches; works with senior leadership on strategic decisions; improves finance processes and reporting; supports migration to scalable financial systems; and uses technology and data to improve operating efficiency. The role is intended to establish and strengthen the finance function while influencing both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; 5+ years in financial operations, FP&A or similar; strong financial modelling/reporting, accounting/compliance knowledge, process-improvement ability and executive communication. CPA, SaaS/tech-startup experience, AI/data analytics and financial-system upgrade experience are preferred assets.

Full-time North Toronto role with hybrid flexibility, international exposure and an opportunity to build/lead the finance function.
