Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a North York food-industry client. The administrator processes customer deductions, oversees order preparation and Canada Post coordination, supports invoicing and the sales team, manages Shopify order fulfilment and related onsite sales operations, reports to U.S.-based sales management, handles spreadsheets and sales data, supports broker relationships and participates more directly in customer interactions and sales administration. The role requires independent execution with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Prior sales-administration or similar experience; strong spreadsheet/computer data-analysis skills; independent initiative and time management; strong written/verbal communication, especially with a U.S.-based team. Shopify/e-commerce experience is preferred and some accounting background is an asset.
Additional information
North York onsite, Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00. Initially temporary to fill an immediate vacancy, with potential to evolve into full-time.
