Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Senior Account Executive for a growing K-12 instructional software company. The remote-first individual-contributor role acquires U.S. school-district clients, conducts discovery and demonstrations, runs district pilots, defines and communicates pilot success metrics, navigates funding and procurement, manages CRM pipeline and owns the full sales cycle through close. The seller works with district coordinators, educators, finance leaders and other decision-makers and is expected to translate teacher usage and outcomes into value for budget authorities.
Qualifications
5+ years as an Account Executive in U.S. K-12 EdTech; strong preference for teacher-facing instructional products; verified history exceeding roughly USD 700,000 annual quota; experience with USD 15K–40K ACV deals; strong discovery, demo and objection-handling skills; ability to run pilots and work directly with educators; CRM proficiency and disciplined remote execution.
Additional information
Primarily remote and may be performed from Canada. Base salary approximately CAD 100,000 plus variable compensation up to CAD 100,000 uncapped, health/dental after three months and technology stipend. Candidates in GTA, Hamilton or elsewhere in Ontario are preferred/considered.
