Role description
TorontoJobs.ca is recruiting a Team Lead, Sales Development for a fast-growing global SaaS company in AI-driven technology. The player-coach leads and develops SDR/BDR performance while remaining personally involved in outbound pipeline generation. Responsibilities include outbound strategy, activity/KPI management, coaching and onboarding, regional pipeline coverage, cold outreach, cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, CRM hygiene/reporting and continuous improvement of prospecting tools, workflows and messaging.
Qualifications
Experience in SaaS or subscription software, sales development/business development/outbound pipeline generation and leading or coaching SDR/BDR teams. Candidates need demonstrated outbound pipeline generation, understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification and familiarity with a modern sales stack. The posting strongly prefers experience with at least four tools across Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, Clay/Waterfall, and Sales Navigator/Lusha.
Additional information
Downtown Toronto. Four days in office plus Friday remote half-day until 1 p.m. Full-time.
