Role overview
Burke Recruiting is building a talent pool of Finance Transformation Consultants for a global enterprise-services organization. The contract work focuses on large-scale digital and operational finance modernization, with senior consultants partnering directly with executive stakeholders across complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs and align finance strategy, target operating models and organizational structures.
- Redesign reporting frameworks, chart-of-accounts structures and compliance/governance models.
- Support enterprise ERP modernization and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable finance processes and operating improvements.
- Work with senior stakeholders in a high-autonomy consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Senior finance-transformation, consulting or enterprise-finance experience.
- Experience with operating-model redesign, financial reporting architecture and ERP programs.
- Ability to work with executive stakeholders and complex organizations.
- Strong strategic, analytical and implementation skills.
Additional information
Remote contract opportunity associated with Vancouver. Published rate: approximately $90–$125 CAD/hour. Expected contract length: 6–18 months.
