Role overview

A growing corporate-securities and governance advisory firm is hiring two experienced securities professionals for fully remote positions anywhere in Canada. The work focuses on Canadian public-company securities, governance and financing matters and is designed for someone who can independently manage sophisticated client files and direct client relationships outside a traditional law-firm structure.

Core work

• Support TSXV and/or CSE public-company matters.
• Manage SEDAR+ and SEDI reporting and continuous-disclosure requirements.
• Support private placements, financings, corporate governance and public-company records.
• Manage client files independently and provide direct client-facing service.
• Take ownership of complex securities/governance workflows in a growing advisory environment.

• Substantial Canadian public-company securities experience.
• Experience with TSXV and/or CSE, SEDAR+, SEDI and continuous disclosure.
• Knowledge of private placements, financings and corporate governance.
• Ability to manage files independently with proactive, accountable client service.
• Background may include Senior Securities Paralegal, Corporate Securities Paralegal, Corporate Secretary or comparable public-company securities work.
