Marketing Manager

Opportunity

SmartSkin Technologies is hiring a Marketing Manager to run campaigns, events and sales enablement that convert market interest into qualified pipeline. The position works closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and has a substantial events component.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand-generation campaigns across pharmaceutical, beverage and food markets and optimize them using performance data.
• Coordinate conferences and trade shows, including messaging, materials, demos, logistics and pre/post-event campaigns.
• Run account-based marketing, webinars and case studies and support sales decks and customer-facing collateral.
• Track MQLs, conversion, pipeline and revenue contribution.

Location

Fredericton is preferred; remote work elsewhere in Atlantic Canada can be considered with travel to Fredericton and industry events. Benefits include company-paid health and dental coverage and Group RRSP matching.

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, especially demand generation or campaign management.
• Experience with events/trade shows, CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, analytics and campaign optimization.
• Technology, science, industrial or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred; global-market experience is an asset.
