Sr. Immigration Analyst - Permanent Residency Services

Role overview

IVEY Group is hiring a Senior Immigration Analyst in Sudbury to lead and support permanent-residence files for temporary foreign workers, employers and other clients. The role owns application quality and timelines while providing guidance to clients and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead permanent-residence application processes and act as a primary client/employer contact.
• Determine appropriate PR pathways and lead educational webinars for groups of temporary foreign workers.
• Prepare, review and submit immigration applications while meeting government requirements and deadlines.
• Train and support case analysts and immigration assistants.
• Maintain accurate records, use technology to improve processes and stay current on immigration law and regulation changes.

• Three to five years of experience in an immigration law firm or consultancy.
• Five years of hands-on permanent-residency application experience across programs such as Express Entry and provincial pathways.
• Current RCIC licence or law degree required.
• Excellent communication, government-portal familiarity and client-service skills.
• Case-management software experience; CaseEasy is preferred.
• Self-directed, detail-focused and comfortable working with international clients.

Permanent full-time office-based role in Sudbury with occasional remote work.
