IVEY Group is recruiting a full-time Immigration Analyst in Sudbury for its Permanent Residence team. The analyst manages assigned PR files from client intake through document preparation, review, government submission and post-submission communication, with responsibility for deadlines, accuracy and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for clients and conduct introductory calls.
• Prepare forms, document lists and application materials and track outstanding requirements.
• Maintain confidential records in the case-management system and monitor deadlines.
• Review documents for completeness and compliance with Canadian immigration requirements.
• Prepare submission letters/folders, coordinate senior review and upload signed packages through government portals.
• Keep clients informed throughout the application process.

• Three to five years of experience in an immigration law firm or consultancy.
• Paralegal diploma or immigration-consultant program is an asset.
• Experience with PR programs and government portals.
• Excellent communication, client-service and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines independently.
• Bilingual English/French/Spanish and CaseEasy experience are assets.

Permanent full-time office-based position in Sudbury with a hybrid schedule. Benefits include group insurance, travel allowance, RRSP employer matching and summer hours.
