Head of Performance Marketing

Senior performance-marketing leadership role for a growing private education provider. The position owns paid-media strategy and hands-on execution across Canada and the United States, including budget allocation, campaign optimization, measurement and the development of stronger in-house capabilities.

Key responsibilities include leading performance strategy, managing paid campaigns and budgets, improving acquisition efficiency, strengthening measurement and attribution, and guiding search/SEO specialists while working across an enrolment-driven customer journey.

• 8+ years in paid media, performance or growth marketing.
• Recent hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Demonstrated improvement of CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Experience owning comparable media budgets, pacing and forecasting.
• Strong GA4, conversion tracking, attribution and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO and search strategy.
