Role description
Current opportunity with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority near Toronto Pearson. The Law Clerk develops and manages intake for litigation claims and compliance inquiries, triages matters, reviews and updates internal policies, supports implementation projects and timelines, and assists the legal team with commercial and construction-related litigation. The role reports to Senior Legal Counsel and requires at least three days per week in the office under a hybrid arrangement.
Qualifications
At least 6 years as a law clerk in a law firm or reputable in-house legal department; mandatory experience interacting with regulators; litigation process and document-gathering experience; compliance-program experience an asset; ILCO certification considered a plus.
