Role description
Current Financeit legal role in Toronto at The Well, reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Most of the work involves sophisticated asset-backed and structured-finance transactions, with additional corporate and commercial matters and the opportunity to broaden the practice over time. The role supports a growing point-of-sale financing business and is based in the office three days per week.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of lending and financial-services experience from a major law firm or corporation; securitization/structured-finance experience a strong asset; self-motivation, relationship-building, decisiveness, leadership and strong communication skills.
