Talent Acquisition Advisor

Synertek is looking for someone to manage recruitment from end to end and find candidates who genuinely fit the company’s needs, values and work environment. The role combines sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviews, technical testing, manager support and the development of new attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and attraction strategies for open positions.
• Proactively source candidates, including passive talent, across different channels and networks.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews and assess skills, motivation, potential and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical tests and support managers through the hiring decision.
• Adjust strategies for hard-to-fill roles and test new approaches.
• Contribute to employer branding and Synertek’s visibility with target talent.
• Maintain a rigorous, human and professional candidate experience.

The position covers job postings, interviews, headhunting, social media, advertising, employer branding, managers and passive candidates.

• Strong interest in talent sourcing and headhunting.

Conditions

• Permanent full-time employment.
• Hybrid work in Lévis.
• Posted schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Starting wage: CAD 34.02 to 39.76/hour depending on experience.
