AI Solutions & Operations Consultant

About the opportunity

TekRek is recruiting an AI Solutions & Operations Consultant in Toronto for a high-growth technology company that deploys AI into complex operational workflows.

This customer-facing role learns how a client’s operations work, translates those workflows into AI-enabled processes, configures and tests AI agents and refines deployments until they perform reliably in production.

Key responsibilities

• The consultant owns customer deployments from implementation through rollout, partners with product and engineering teams to solve workflow issues and captures implementation learnings so the product and future deployments improve over time.

Qualifications

• The posting emphasizes analytical ability, rapid understanding of complex business processes and operational gaps, excellent communication with both customer and technical stakeholders and a proactive hands-on approach to ambiguous problems.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in modern AI workflows are important.
