Role overview

Trans-United Consultants is recruiting a licensed industrial electrician for a permanent Leamington position in a manufacturing environment. The electrician troubleshoots and repairs electrical and electronic systems, maintains electrical controls and distribution equipment and supports preventive-maintenance programs while working a three-shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems.
• Remove and replace faulty components and verify repaired circuits using test equipment.
• Maintain records and participate in preventive-maintenance programs.
• Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control/distribution equipment.
• Work safely with switches, relays, circuit-breaker panels and associated industrial systems.

• 442A or 309A electrician certification required.
• PLC experience.
• Ability and willingness to work a three-shift rotation.
• Industrial troubleshooting and maintenance capability.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to diagnose electrical/electronic faults.
