Maintenance Mechanic - rotating shifts - Mississauga

Permanent rotating-shift maintenance-mechanic role in a Mississauga manufacturing facility. The mechanic maintains production and building equipment, executes preventive maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls and basic electrical issues, supports continuous-improvement work and coordinates parts, contractors and maintenance records through the CMMS. The position works within GMP/AIB and lockout/safety requirements; food-manufacturing or other regulated high-volume production experience is an asset.

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, licensed Millwright status, or equivalent hands-on experience is accepted. The posting asks for 5+ years in a similar manufacturing role; food-packaging or GMP/HACCP experience is an asset. Candidates need strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capability, hands-on tool use, project execution skills, teamwork and MS Office/CMMS literacy.
