Role description
Permanent industrial mechanic/millwright role in Moose Jaw responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and adjusting industrial production machinery. The work covers preventive maintenance, conveyors and high-speed production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes and automated machinery, with maintenance activity documented through a CMMS. The role focuses on reliable plant operation, rapid breakdown response and safe mechanical maintenance and requires Saskatchewan trade certification; Red Seal is preferred.
Qualifications
Candidates need 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Saskatchewan Millwright certification is required with Red Seal preferred. Experience with high-speed production equipment, conveyors/automation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission, preventive maintenance programs and CMMS is expected.
