Role description
Permanent industrial electrician role in Moose Jaw with day or afternoon shifts. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of electrical systems and automated equipment, with an emphasis on safe and reliable plant operation. The electrician works with industrial motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs and automation systems and must ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes, standards and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Saskatchewan Electrician certification or Red Seal is required/preferred as stated by the employer. Candidates should have 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, understand motor controls and PLC troubleshooting, know VFD/automation systems and be able to lift up to 50 lb.
