Role description
Permanent licensed millwright role in Whitby with either a day or afternoon shift. The millwright inspects production machinery and safety devices, troubleshoots and modifies equipment, performs fabrication, maintains hydraulic and pneumatic systems, installs and mechanically sets up new equipment and completes preventive maintenance. The environment includes fast-paced production machinery and injection-molding equipment, with responsibility for breakdown response, reliability and safe mechanical operation.
Qualifications
Licensed Red Seal Millwright required with a minimum of five years of maintenance-millwright experience. Injection-molding press experience is an asset. Candidates need hands-on fabrication/shop-equipment ability, physical capability for industrial maintenance work and the ability to follow work orders in a fast-paced operation.
