Role description
Permanent production-supervisor role in Mississauga working a three-shift rotation that changes monthly. The supervisor leads daily production with accountability for safety, food/packaging quality, GMP/AIB requirements, staffing, attendance and performance, production schedules, materials and work orders. The role conducts shift meetings, maintains accurate production data, drives process optimization and Kaizen/Lean activity, performs root-cause and corrective-action follow-up and supports trials and operational improvements. Prior manufacturing supervision is required; food-safety and flexographic-printing exposure are assets.
Qualifications
Post-secondary technical education is an asset and equivalent experience may be considered. The posting asks for 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, familiarity with food-safety standards, and ideally exposure to flexographic printing, Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles.
